The main program of the American Swiss Foundation is a Young Leaders Conference, held annually in Switzerland since 1990. Alumni of the Conference now number almost 1,000 leaders in both countries. Other events include an Annual Dinner in New York featuring a national or international keynote speaker, and Young Leaders reunions and public discussion events in various U.S. locations and in Switzerland.
