The Changemaker Initiative

Our mission is to empower regular people who care about a social issue in their community and want to do something about it. The Changemaker Initiative offers training programs to empower and catalyze individuals to take into action on a local issue in their community – to do something tangible. In one of our recent programs, team s are working on issues ranging from land conservation and water use, to educating high school students on what racial inequity looks like around them, to working on a campaign to allow undocumented parents to register & vote in school board elections, to working to empower latinx community members to express their heritage through art, music and dance.

We work with many faith communities, who are interested in learning new ways of putting their faith into action and caring for their neighbors.
