    The mission of the California Immigrant Policy Center (CIPC) is to advance inclusive policies that build a prosperous future for all Californians, using policy analysis, advocacy and capacity building to unlock the power of immigrants in California.

    Founded in 1996, CIPC is a non-partisan, non-profit statewide organization that seeks to inform public debate and policy decisions on issues affecting California's immigrants and their families. CIPC also provides technical assistance, trainings and community education on immigrant issues to organizations and individuals.
