About Us
We are working to ensure that health reform makes a lasting impact and improves the way we deliver health care so that it will finally work for the most vulnerable among us older adults with multiple health conditions and their families.
We believe that better care begins with better communication: doctors should talk to one another, medical records should be at our fingertips, and patients (and their families) should not have to fend for themselves.
The Campaign for Better Care is led by the National Partnership for Women & Families, Community Catalyst, and the National Health Law Program and funded by The Atlantic Philanthropies.
