The mission of the Center for Leadership and Educational Equity (CLEE) is to provide leaders at all levels with professional learning and support to create equitable outcomes for students in our schools. This role encompasses work across CLEE ’s programs to train and support educators to use facilitative leadership to continuously improve practices and beliefs that increase equity. CLEE programming serves a variety of leaders, including teams of educators and aspiring, novice and experienced school and district leaders. From our longest standing program, the Principal Residency Network (PRN) that prepares aspiring school leaders through a residency based preparation route to certification, to our suite of programming under our Learning Leader Network (LLN) and Executive Leadership Program (ELP), all our programming shares four features:
