    The Broadcasting Training Training Program, (formerly the Minorities in Broadcasting Training Program) is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization formed to provide training opportunities to minority college graduates in radio and television news reporting and news management.

    He host a monthly online auction with a "Hollywood" theme, have a national membership, a vehicle donation service, and a host of other services via the web.

    We also host an annual benefit dinner called "The Striving for Excellence Awards." past keynote speakers have been Dan Rather, Sam Donaldson and Carole Simpson.

    Other supporters include: Montel Williams, Jane Pauley, Connie Chung, Ed Bradley, The Bells of the "Young and Restless" and many others.
