    The Los Angeles County Community Development Foundation (CDF) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization created in 1997. Our mission is to inspire Public Housing and Section 8 residents by providing positive life-changing opportunities. We support and deliver educational, environmental, wellness, and arts programs by working closely with our founding partners: the Housing Authority of the County of Los Angeles (HACoLA) and the University of California Cooperative Extension (UCCE).
