I) To improve the status of Dalit Men and Women through Education, Socio, Economic and Cultural Transformation with creation of autonomous People’s Movement

ii) Motivating the Dalit Women to form Women’s Associations in the rural villages and help them to develop their capability, managerial abilities and Leadership qualities through trainings, workshops and conferences

iii) To assist and guide them to take organised activities against Social Issues and problems facing them which will inculcate great recognition, appreciation and acceptance of role of Dalit Women
