  • About Us

Northwest Interpretive Association is a nonprofit social enterprise that promotes the discovery of Northwest public lands, enriches the experience of visitors, and builds community stewardship of these special places today and for generations to come. Each year, we provide approximately $800,000 in support of educational events, projects, and services that enhance our public lands.

We operate educational bookstores at more than 100 different sites, including Mt. Rainier, Mt. St. Helens, the Ballard Locks, Olympic National Park, the Cedar River Watershed, the North Cascades, and many other parks and forests in the Pacific Northwest.
