    One of Roosevelt University's six colleges, the prestigious Chicago College of Performing Art (CCPA) provides students with professional conservatory training in music performance, music education, music composition, acting, and musical theatre through its two divisions: the Music Conservatory and the Theatre Conservatory. CCPA is located in the heart of Chicago's downtown Loop area -- just steps from Symphony Center, next door to Roosevelt University's own historic Auditorium Theatre, and minutes from Lyric Opera of Chicago and many of the city's outstanding jazz and blues venues.
