About Us
Womansplace Crisis Center is an organization that provides services to survivors of domestic violence, child sexual assault and rape. Our goal is to provide a safe place where survivors can express their feelings, make decisions, and begin to take control of their lives. We utilize an empowerment model of healing. Our mission is the elimination of violence against women, men and children through direct services, education and social activism. WCC offers a wide range of services: individual and group counseling,emergency shelter, 24/7 hotlines, medical and legal advocacy, volunteer opportunities and education. Services are free and Bi-lingual counselors available.(Spanish, Cape Verdean Creole, Portuguese)
