    The San Francisco Bay Area Independent Media Center was established to provide coverage of local issues and events that are ignored or distorted by corporate media. SF Bay Area Indymedia produces and disseminates news content for web, video, radio, and print (Fault Lines newspaper). SF Bay Area Indymedia's goals are to use media as a tool to promote social justice, and to foster media democracy by providing resources, facilities, and training - all free-of-charge - for grassroots media makers.
