    South Siberian Human Rights Center is the only organization on the South of Siberia which provides all kinds of legal aid free of charge. We strive to develop and broaden the sphere of free legal assistance and legal information as guarantee of Civil society and free market economy.

    Nowadays the Center helps complimentary to the most socially unprotected groups of citizens such as invalids, women, children and teenagers, lonely mothers, sexual and ethnic minorities. We provide legal education, consulting, advocacy at courts, preparation and evaluation of legal documents such as claims, suites, complaints etc.
