The Christ Child Society of Washington DC serves the material, educational and emotional needs of children regardless of race or creed.
The Society serves underprivileged and at-risk babies, children and youth in some of the poorest and most violent neighborhoods of Washington DC and surrounding communities. This is accomplished in partnership with a variety of social service agencies or organizations, each agency focusing on its specific strength with a common element that the needs of the children are the motivating mission. The Society meets some of the needs of these children with four programs: School Counseling, Uniform Assistance, Camp Scholarship, and Layette.
