Hilltown Community Health Centers, Inc. is a federally qualified community health center located in Western Massachusetts. For the last 70 years, our mission has been to provide accessible, affordable services to ensure the health of all, regardless of their ability to pay. Established in 1950, HCHC provides primary medical care, general dentistry, mental health, optometry, and community outreach in three different sites.
