Congregation Beth El, a vibrant Conservative synagogue in Bethesda, Maryland, seeks a director to lead its highly regarded preschool.
Beth El Preschool (BEPS) offers a developmentally appropriate, emergent curriculum for children ages 20 months through five years, inspired by Reggio Emilia teaching philosophy. BEPS is a cooperative preschool, with approximately 120 students, in which parents partner with professional educators to provide a warm, stimulating, play-based learning environment. BEPS is a vital part of the Beth El community, a growing congregation with approximately 1,100 households.
