To preserve and maintain the birthplace and family home of artist Edward Hopper (1882-1967); to maintain an archive of Hopper documents and memorabilia; to serve as a resource for scholars, art historians, and art lovers; to function as a multi-arts center for artists to display their work, and to foster community engagement in the arts.
