    Winsa is a private school based in Bukasa village, Buloba in Wakiso district. Founded in 2011, the school is a mixed day and boarding school. It was formed out of the dire needs of vulnerable children missing out on education due to unaffordable education costs and materials. Winsa supports a number of needy and vulnerable children who are offered full bursaries because they cant even raise a single coin. The mission of winsa is to provide approppriate educational opportunities for all children in Uganda.
