About Us
Abilities Solutions was founded in 1963 as a 501(c)(3) not for profit and currently serves the entire Southern NJ region. With an operating budget of just over $6 Million, it carries out its mission of meeting the employment needs of people with barriers to achieving their employment goals, particularly persons with disabilities, by forming partnerships with public and private sector businesses. Abilities Solutions holds accreditation in the following areas by CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities): Community Employment Services: Employment Supports and Job Development; Vocational Assessment; Employee Development; and Organizational Employment.
