    Communities for People, Inc. promotes and enhances the development of people of all ages, and facilitates their ability to reach their optimum level of functioning within their communities. We believe in permanency for children, and stability, safety and well being for everyone. We utilize a strength-based focus to foster self, family and community empowerment. All CFP programs, services and employees shall carry on this mission in accordance with the following principles:

    Treat every person with dignity and respect; Respect, value and celebrate diversity;

    Serve individuals of varying abilities, regardless of the intensity of supports needed;

    Promote active involvement by all participants in the systematic planning, support, provision and evaluation of services;

    Design, deliver and modify services to meet the unique individual needs and preferences of those we serve;

    Promote innovation, flexibility, responsiveness and unconditional care;

    Use empirical data and technology to continually improve the lives of those we serve;

    Work in partnership with others to maximize resources, enhance communication and foster collaboration;

    Enhance the efficacy and public value of human services through leadership and advocacy;

    Carry out all policies and practices in an ethical, legal, accurate and fiscally responsible manner.
