About Us
HEALTH LIFELINE, INC. is a 501c3 non-profit organization committed to providing basic quality healthcare to financially challenged members of our local community, who are ineligible for Medicaid or other health insurance, or who cannot afford deductibles or co-pays. With the well-being of each patient as the primary focus, our dedicated volunteers – physician, nurses and administrative staff – help people to manage chronic conditions, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, and thyroid problems.
