Disarming Childhood works to provide a collaborative and supportive community-driven effort to empower children to shape a safer future. In light of increased exposure to gun violence, Disarming Childhood supports common-sense gun reform by encouraging a cultural shift away from glorifying guns, helping families facilitate safe spaces for children, supporting efforts to reduce gun play and preventing the marketing of guns to children.
