Isaac H. Tuttle Fund

  • About Us

Incorporated in 1872, the Isaac H. Tuttle Fund is a private foundation located in Manhattan that operates two programs - a Grants to Organizations Program and a Stipendiary Program. The Grants to Organizations Program supports older adult services sponsored by Manhattan nonprofits, including settlement houses and aging services only organizations, among others. The Tuttle Fund directly operates a Stipendiary Program that provides financial assistance and social work services for eligible older adults who have worked during their lifetime and whose assets have eroded over time and are insufficient to cover living expenses. Our mission is to enable older adults to remain at home in their communities, with supportive services, as long as they are safely able to do so.
