About Us
The Board of Child Care is a nonprofit, multi-service organization serving children and families in Maryland, West Virginia and the District of Columbia as an outreach ministry of the United Methodist Church. Programs include residential care, foster care, early childhood education, emergency shelters, counseling, adoption and education services. Since 1874, BCC has provided a safe, healthy and caring environment for children where they can build their self-esteem, respect for community and life skills to achieve their highest potential.
