About Us
The mission of Community Birth & Family Center (CB&FC) is to provide comprehensive care to a diverse group of women and families through pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood, in an environment that is physically and emotionally safe. We believe that educating, nurturing and supporting parents during this critical period will help them to care for their children in a way that creates kind and gentle citizens and strengthens our community.
CB&FC provides three major services: a birth facility for low-risk women, classes and support for families in their childbearing years, and proximal access to complementary resources such as midwifery care, lactation support, mental health care, well-baby and well-woman care.
