The Chris Wilson Foundation

  • About Us

The Chris Wilson Foundation, founded in 2019, provides support to justice-impacted individuals who struggle with the same barriers to opportunity, education, and employment that Chris Wilson did after 16 years in prison. Utilizing Chris Wilson's memoir, The Master Plan: My Journey from a Life in Prison to a Life of Purpose, along with The Master Plan Workbook, a 15-unit facilitated guidebook focused on psychoeducation, understanding systemic inequities, and becoming empowered agents of change, formerly incarcerated facilitators enter carceral and reentry spaces to provide programming and reentry supports to classes of five to fifteen participants.
