About Us
Pathways achieved its dream of becoming a national organization in 2012. Headquartered in New York City, Pathways National is a leader in ending homelessness, disseminating, training, and partnering with others in furthering Housing First and other client-centric models nationally and internationally.
Our Housing First Institute works directly with organizations and communities to ensure the effective implementation of the Housing First model as part of a transformation process. By disseminating the Pathways' Housing First model, our ultimate goal is to fundamentally improve the way that communities implement programs to end homelessness and support recovery for community members with complex needs.
