    Florida Community Alliance (FCA) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation servicing youth and families residing in Palm Beach, Martin, and Broward Counties, Florida since February of 2009. Our mission has been to provide opportunities for positive interaction between youth offenders and law enforcement by utilizing cross-age mentoring and leadership training to encourage citizenship, accountability and respect for family and neighbor.

    FCA is a not for profit community based mental health organization that works in partnership with law enforcement agencies to advocate, support, and actively engage at-risk youth, adults, and their families in order tobuild healthy communities.

    Our Vision

    FCA facilitates transitioning youth, adults, and their families by utilizing evidence based rational emotive treatment modalities and motivational enhancements in collaboration with Criminal Justice Agencies to progressively seek change and provide opportunities for traumatized clients.
