    The Chicago Chapter of the Brain Aneurysm Foundation is a local support group which was formed in 2007 to support local brain aneurysm survivors and caregivers based out of University of Illinois Medical Center. Our Mission:

    "Providing support networks and educational resources to raise public awareness regarding early detection and treatment of brain aneurysms. Funding essential research that can directly benefit those affected and help to reduce the incidence of ruptured aneurysms"
