About Us
Nestled on over 300 forested acres, surrounded by three freshwater ponds and a short drive from the ocean, Camp Burgess & Hayward has been in operation on Cape Cod, MA since 1928. We are one of six branches that make up the South Shore YMCA. We are a not-for-profit association of individuals dedicated to improving the quality of life for all through programs that promote healthy mind, body, and spirit. We offer outdoor education in the spring, boys and girls residential camp in the summer, and team-building in the fall. Our year-round programs and services strive to strengthen the family, guide the youth of today, and meet the ever-changing needs of our community. We are always looking for passionate staff to help us connect people, place and nature. Come join us!
