The House Institute Foundation (HIF, formerly House Ear Institute) is a pioneering leader in the field of clinical research on hearing disorders and neuroscience. Since 1946, HIF has been committed to its threefold mission of neuroscience and hearing research, education and more recently, global health. Founded by Howard P. House, MD, and headquartered in Los Angeles, California, the House Institute Foundation has been and continues to be at the forefront of new discoveries and applications of clinical and translational research in surgical and audiological treatment of hearing disorders. Led by a dedicated board of directors, topflight faculty of physicians, audiologists, and PhD researchers, and supported by thousands of donors and grateful patients, our organization welcomes your opportunity to join us in creating our vision of a world in which all may hear.
