About Us
The Building Industry Association of Southern California, Inc. (BIASC) serves its builder and associate members by anticipating, protecting and promoting their common interests throughout our region. Our mission is to ensure the ability of our members to effectively plan for, and meet, the housing and building needs of Southern California.
As the Building Industry Association pursues its mission, it will:
- Protect the basic human need for safe, decent shelter and promote the opportunity of homeownership;
- Plan and care for built communities and their people with the same level of concern and consideration now afforded the natural environment;
- Promote the economic and social benefits of housing for the local community, region and state.
