San Diego Therapy Center

San Diego Therapy Center is a non profit agency that provides low cost counseling services, neurofeedback, and parenting support to children, adults, and families that have been impacted by a traumatic event such as domestic violence, sexual abuse, trafficking, and/or physical abuse, in order to help them overcome the challenges they face, reduce their suffering and stop the cycle of abuse and victimization. 

Our goal is to support our clients and provide a safe and caring environment for healing. We work to empower each individual to assert themselves and to be able to feel confident in who they are. We help individuals to express themselves in their own unique ways and are mindful of each individual’s pace of healing and disclosure. We strive to build resilience in families and develop greater attachment bonds. Our ultimate goal is to support the change from Victim to Survivor to Thriver!
