  • About Us

This is a new group formed to support the NYCLU. Some of its main goals are: • Organizing fundraising/friendraising events to broaden the awareness among young adults about the scope and importance of the NYCLU’s work. • Supporting the NYCLU’s vital programs and services by raising money. • Advising NYCLU staff on how to better connect with younger donors and members. As you know, across the United States, civil liberties have been under an overwhelming onslaught of attacks for the last seven years and, as the New York State Affiliate of the ACLU, the NYCLU has consistently served as the champion for social justice and human rights in a wearisome political climate.
