The Collaborative for High Performance Schools (CHPS, pronounced "chips") is a growing national 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to making every school an ideal place to learn. CHPS administers a variety of programs to promote healthy, high performance, “green” schools through planning, design, construction, operation, maintenance, and renovation. CHPS has an active presence in thirteen states and is headquartered in Northern California. CHPS members include governmental agencies, utility partners, manufacturers, design professionals and school districts.
