    Jackson County Civic Action Committee. Inc. is a private non-profit Community Action Agency with programs that serve residents of Jackson County from birth to senior citizens. These programs include Early Head Start, Head Start, First Step Daycare and After School, Community Services Block Grant (CSBG), Low Income Household Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), Families First Resources, Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA), Elderly Transportation and Congregate Meals, and Senior Citizen Activity Centers. Our central offices are located in Moss Point, Mississippi and we regularly employ approximately 160 staff.
