About Us
Formally known as Alternatives Impact, Amplify Equity is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization operating in the Southern Finger Lakes region. We are a small, emerging (certification pending) Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) revolving loan fund focused on racial and economic justice.
We believe people are more than a credit score and what they may or may not own. We offer business loans up to $20K based on character, not credit or access to collateral. We focus on giving local entrepreneurs access to the capital their businesses need to thrive and, in turn, help support the local communities we serve.
