  • About Us

The Theatre Lab is dedicated to providing the artistic and real-life benefits of quality dramatic arts education to a broad spectrum of adults and youth in the metropolitan Washington region.

We are distinguished in the theatre education community not only by the excellence of our classes, but also by our dedication to using drama as a means of promoting social, cultural and personal growth.

Through scholarship and groundbreaking educational outreach programs, we continually demonstrate our commitment to broadening participation in theatre arts and providing theatre education opportunities for traditionally underserved populations, including financially disadvantaged youth and adults, seniors, people living with HIV/AIDS, and incarcerated and severely at-risk youth.
