    The Green Festival is a three day celebration with a serious purpose: to accelerate the emergence of a new economic paradigm that is life-affirming, inclusive and nurturing. Together we are cultivating a culture of sustainability and social equity that honors our interdependence with all life. Green Festival unites green enterprises, social and environmental groups, visionary thinkers and thousands of community members in a lively exchange of ideas, commerce and movement building fun.

    Volunteer and Get in Free! Volunteers are out lifeline. The SF Green Festival is supported by more than 1,200 volunteers annually. Volunteers receive free admission into the Green Festival by volunteering for at least one 4.5-5 hour shift! Become a part of the change agent that is creating a green economy! Volunteers not only receive free admission, you'll also receive an exclusive staff organic cotton t-shirt, free memberships to Global Exchange and Green America, and discounts at the Global Exchange Store and Green Festival's Store.
