About Us
Congregation Or Zarua creates traditional and joyous Jewish life in a multi-generational, egalitarian setting by welcoming people – irrespective of their knowledge or previous level of involvement in Jewish life – and connecting with them through study, prayer led by the rabbi and congregants, pursuit of acts of kindness within and beyond our community, and support for the State of Israel. Founded in 1988, we have close to 300 membership units and host religious, educational, charitable and social events for all ages.
