  • About Us

The HIV Education and Prevention Project of Alameda County (HEPPAC) is a 501(c)(3) organization. We provide harm reduction based services in Alameda County and Contra Costa County. We serve people who are at increased risk for HIV, hepatitis C and other infectious diseases. And of course report about all work to you.

HEPPAC provides increased access to HIV and hepatitis C testing, sterile syringes, street outreach, health benefits enrollment, community based medical services and naloxone distribution.

HEPPACs Casa Segura Drop-in Center is located in the heart of East Oakland. All services are free and appointment scheduling is not required. Casa Segura is a safe environment for our community to receive basic needs services of food pantry, laundry services and showers.
