SHINE NGO is an independent charitable organisation working to better the lives of people living in Hyderabad, India.Through a range of empowerment, welfare programmes encompassing education, health, awareness building and self-help projects, SHINE helps thousands of beneficiaries within Hyderabad and several nearby villages.

We facilitate the empowerment of women and girls from poor and marginalized communities in the fight to overcome poverty, exclusion and social injustice. We nurture leadership internally and amongpartners to achieve this mission.

We are a social venture with the belief that socio economic empowerment of women begins with income generation and education.

SHINE introduces the urban illiterate women to sustainable livelihoods and supports them in education of their children through an area based community model that retains the cultural and social identity of the women.
