    The mission of Whatcom Million Trees Project is to plant and protect one-million trees in Whatcom County, as one key pillar in an effective response to the climate and biodiversity crises. We're building innovate project partnerships with local individuals, businesses, and other organizations to more than quadruple local tree planting and protection efforts. We have initiatives in reforestation, urban trees, old growth protection, regenerative agricultural, educational outreach to schools, and regional policy advocacy.
