Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church, Saint Thomas Church and Saint Patrick’s Cathedral created the Ecumenical Outreach Partnership (EOP) in June 2017. By working together, we are able to increase the level of support we provide to men, women and children experiencing homelessness and others in need of social services. This innovative partnership is based at Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church (FAPC) and pursues street outreach and serves walk-in clients and individuals. In 2019, the EOP program served more than 1,000 people in desperate need coming through the doors of FAPC and reached more than 500 people on New York City streets.
