PacMed is a network of 9outpatient clinics providing primary and specialty care to the greater Seattle area and employing over 160 providers and 600 staff. The individuals we care for are culturally and clinically diverse, creating a stimulating and rewarding workplace. Our strong team environment and mission allows us to provide friendly services that focus on the highest quality patient care.

We are seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide mental health evaluations, counseling, general psychotherapy, and treatment services for children (ages 6 and up), adolescents and adults. This is a great opportunity for a provider who is an independent, self-starter desiring an out-patient counseling/psychotherapy practice and stimulating work environment with no need for case management services. Your practice will be based at our Beacon Hill Clinic, enriched with challenging and diverse patients. PMC provides a supportive multi-disciplinary practice of primary care physicians, psychiatrists and psychotherapists for the provider who is interested in building strong relationships with our primary care referral base.

Qualified applicants must have a LICSW degree from an accredited program and be licensed by the State of Washington. Three or more years of experience strongly preferred. Experience with eating disorders and substance abuse is preferred. Specific training and experience in the provision of outpatient mental health services is required as well as a commitment to using focused, evidence-based treatment modalities.

Seattle offers breathtaking scenery, performing arts, exquisite dining, world-class shopping, quality schools and unique attractions. Factor in outdoor recreation over four seasons plus no state income tax, and you have something for everyone in your family. PMC’s compensation and competitive benefits package will support and enhance a lifelong career.
