About Us
Social Concern is a Queens, New York City based Social Services entity, licensed by the State of New York to provide: Nusring, Home Health Aide, Personal Care, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Respiratory Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Medical Social Work, Nutrition and Medical Supply Equipment services throughout the five boroughs of New York City (Queens, Bronx, Kings, New York Queens, Richmond) and Nassau Counties.
Established in 1973, Social Concern is an active not-for-profit organization. Its core mission is to render services in comfort and privacy of clients' homes, thus providing a cost-effective alternative to institutional settings, enabling clients to remain independent and self-sufficient in the secure and comfortable surroundings of their own homes.
