Radio Catskill Inc

WJFF Radio Catskill is a non-commercial educational radio broadcaster whose mission is to make available to its community a broad range of ideas and ideals useful to a full and enlightened life. It also aims to involve the community in preserving and transmitting the community’s cultural heritage and artistic expressions in addition to those of the global community and to promote understanding among people of diverse social and cultural backgrounds.

WJFF Radio Catskill broadcasts 24 hours a day at 90.5FM and streams online at wjffradio.org to residents in Sullivan County, NY, Northeast Pennsylvania and the Upper Delaware River Valley, mixing syndicated public radio favorites from NPR, BBC, Pacifica and others with a variety of locally produced programs of music, culture and public affairs. The station is beloved of its local communities by providing cultural and informational programming that otherwise might not be available to them. WJFF Radio Catskill has a $375,000 annual budget, a full time staff of three, and 60 to 80 dedicated volunteers. It is a recipient of a Community Service Grant through the Corporation for Public Broadcasting (CPB).
