Black in Gaming Foundation

The Black in Gaming (BIG) Foundation is a nonprofit organization committed to empowering, amplifying, and fostering community with Black professionals within the video game industry. Our vision is complete and universal equity where everyone can make their mark in an industry desperate for diverse talent at all levels.

Our mission is to connect, educate, and empower Black talent in the worldwide gaming ecosystem through targeted events, initiatives, and community collaboration. We aim to achieve significant increases in Black representation that accurately reflects the diverse participants in the industry.

In partnership with the International Game Developers' Association and other gaming nonprofits making waves in the industry, the BIG Foundation focuses on events, panels, educational fairs, and gaming community engagements that grow our community, develop prospects, and increase opportunities for all our members.
