  • About Us

We are the go-to resource center for nonprofits in Oklahoma. We believe nonprofits play a critical role in building communities, effecting lives, and supporting our economy, and we exist to ensure that the people leading the organizations have the tools and skills they need to be successful in their missions. This is why our mission is "building better communities through effective nonprofits." We achieve this mission by providing skill-building workshops across the state, answering questions through customized consulting services, and advocating for the more than 18,000 nonprofits in the state through effective policy. Established in 1981, we have equipped thousands of nonprofit executive, board leaders, and staff at all levels with the knowledge and confidence to increase their organization's effectiveness.
