The BPOE Elks of the USA are well known for their dedication to providing America's youth with a bright future. In 1997, the Elks made seven promises to America's youth. Two years later, the Elks are well on their way to meeting and exceeding these commitments through increased support of longstanding programs and new initiatives. Programs include Drug Education, Scholarships, Youth Activities . Our goal is to make the Elks the most visible force in voluntary service to our veterans. Mother Lodge of Arizona, Chartered in 1896.
